2023 DSP and Employee of the Year Winners

We’re thrilled to announce Opengate’s DSP and Employee of the Year honorees, Rebecca Rowe and Kimberlee Ellis! Rebecca is a direct support professional for West House and joined the Opengate team in 2021. Kimberlee is a quality improvement manager and joined Opengate in 2019.

Rebecca and Kimberlee were chosen based on votes from their peers. Both are known for consistently going above and beyond at Opengate. Their contributions help Opengate fulfill its mission of providing innovative programs for the extraordinary people we support.
