Introducing the Opengate Leadership Development Program Graduates!

We are excited to introduce our newest Leadership Development Program graduates:

  • Chelsea Bellamy, Program Manager

  • Kim Foster, Assistant Manager

  • Rahim Hough, Residence Manager

  • Jason King, Residence Manager

  • Loida Milkie, Lead Counselor

  • Adedayo Oroja, Lead Counselor

  • Winslow (Tony) Pink, Assistant Manager

  • Lirose Supreme-Edouard, QIDP

The program includes onsite, small-group training which takes place over nine months and has fueled many promotions. Topics include time management, leadership, delegating, communication, self-care, and more. The training is designed to identify rising stars and help bring team members to the next level in their careers. 

The next Leadership Development Program kicks off in late March. There will also be several stand-alone leadership modules throughout the year to serve as refreshers or opportunities for interested team members to learn what’s involved in the training. 

We congratulate our program graduates and look forward to their next career steps at Opengate!
