Congratulations to Neo Modiakgotla, our newest GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award winner! Neo is dependable and adaptable in her role supporting individuals at the Opengate Lehr home. She goes the extra mile by adjusting her schedule as needed, including coming in early and working overnight shifts. Her positive outlook and friendliness make a difference every day for her coworkers and those we serve.
