Honoring Direct Support Professional Recognition Week

We are in awe of the incredible difference the Opengate direct support professionals make every day. From keeping individuals safe, to encouraging growth, to sparking smiles and joy, they do it all with kindness and care. 

During this year’s Direct Support Professional Recognition Week, we recognize our DSP staff for the caring work they do throughout the year. They support those we serve in everyday tasks and in reaching their goals with respect and dignity.

Opengate will be holding raffles, recognizing staff, giving team members new Opengate swag, and continuing to advocate for the professionalization of the Direct Support field.
