Each month, Opengate team members vote to select an employee who shows outstanding dedication, work ethic, and initiative in their life-changing work advancing our mission. We congratulate Denis Bonsu, GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award winner. The individuals who live at the Frankel residence adore Denis and look forward to seeing him. He engages in meaningful activities and conversations with the individuals he supports on a daily basis. 

Denis is also a wonderful team member who inspires those around him. He is very reliable and often works extra shifts to cover open positions. Coworkers appreciate his positive attitude, friendly outlook, and his ability to consistently find the good in any situation.
