Victoria (Vikki) Nassetta has been in the field since 1984. She came to Opengate in 1998 and over the past 25 years has worked in our residential programs, day programs, and our compliance department. Vikki moved to training in 2017 and today, she is our director of training.

Vikki plays a pivotal role in shaping Opengate’s operational framework. Besides providing initial training and orientation to all our new staff, she is a mentor and coach to our veteran staff. In addition to Opengate’s team members, Vikki has also cultivated meaningful relationships with the people we support.
