Anthony has over 15 years of experience supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, day habilitation, clinic, and community-based settings. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Anthony is passionate about bringing out the very best in people by aligning individual team members with the organization’s mission and values.

 Anthony is a coach and a mentor. He inspires his team to identify and improve key performance indicators, develop effective and sustainable systems and processes, and make impactful data-based decisions to improve meaningful outcomes and opportunities for the people we support.
