SIGN-ON BONUS (up to $600.00). Opengate is seeking caring individuals to assist developmentally disabled adults to lead fruitful and independent lives at various locations in Northern Westchester. We provide a competitive starting salary including paid training. Various shifts available. HS Diploma/GED and NYS driver’s license required.
Opengate will provide transportation shuttle from Goldens Bridge Metro-North train station to our Somers facility. This service will be provided from Monday – Friday for day and evening shifts.
LPN Per Diem
Opengate is seeking a full-time LPN with a minimum 1 year experience preferably in Developmentally Disabled field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Opengate not-for-profit residential, day program, and community-based services provider supporting adults with developmental disabilities, including those who may also be behaviorally challenged seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, person-centered Behavioral Support Services. In addition, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and delivering staff development/training on related behavioral support and intervention plans. The BCBA works with other behavioral support staff as well as the interdisciplinary team. Professional Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Certification must be maintained throughout employment. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience in utilizing evidenced-based practices (Applied Behavior Analysis, Positive Behavior Support, etc.) Ability to obtain certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and/or Professional Crisis Management (PCM) or another type of intervention technique. Must have a clean and valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements pertaining to the operation of an IRA / ICF residential program are maintained. 2 years of supervisory experience & 2 years working w/a DD population + a clean, valid NY driver’s license required. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion. Estimate time and extent of repairs. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain material and supply inventory. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail-oriented.
Accounts Payable Bookkeeper (FT)
Opengate, Inc, a non-profit organization located in Armonk, NY, has an opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Bookkeeper. Must have knowledge of accounting practices. This position is responsible for cash disbursements and accounts payable functions. Audits vendor invoices for calculation accuracy and proper management approvals. Posts to accounting system. Ensures vendor invoices for materials & services are paid on a timely basis. Takes advantage of early payment discounts and payment using corporate credit card, whenever possible. Maintains vendor contract files. Maintains current W-9 for every vendor. Prepares and submits IRS forms 1099 to applicable vendors annually. Prepare all non-vendor checks/wires including petty cash, employee reimbursements, mortgages and notes payable, payroll and pension related checks. Review and verify the accuracy of all grocery and petty cash vouchers. Assists the Bookkeepers and Senior Accountant in the preparation of the payroll. Must have a minimum of two years of experience in accounting / bookkeeping or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Non-profit accounting, ADP processing, OPWDD/Medicaid experiences a plus. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
