Congratulations to Elizabeth Silva for being voted the Employee of the Month!
Elizabeth Silva is currently the Senior Behavioral Intervention Specialist overseeing behavioral concerns throughout the agency. She came to Opengate six years ago from Anderson Center for Autism where she was employed as a Behavioral Analyst.
Presently, she is the sole Behavior Intervention Specialist at Opengate and performs all duties in that capacity, including behavior reports for the community IRAs in addition to her caseload.
Elizabeth has been in the Human Services field for over 20 years and served as a DSP and MSC early in her career. She received both her Masters and Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The Opengate staff and individuals are grateful for her dedication and devotion to the agency and those she serves.
The Employee of the Month is nominated and voted by fellow employees. Other nominees for March were Elijah Reid and Sarah Louise Smith.
