Employee of the year 2016: Tiffany Heath

Congratulations to 2016 Employee of the Year

Tiffany Heath!

Tiffany has been with Opengate since 2008 and primarily works at our Day Habilitation program, but also assists in other houses when needed. In fact, she was nominated and voted Employee of the Year by not only the staff in the Day Hab program, but also staff in other houses where she works.

Tiffany Heath is described as a team player, responsible, dedicated, and always willing to lend a hand in all areas. She is an extraordinary leader and a support to all staff members and was voted Employee of the Month in March, 2016 for her exemplary service.

Well known at Opengate for her compassion and commitment to the individuals we serve, she once was called upon to perform the Heimlich maneuver which saved the life of a choking indivdual.

There were 9 staff members nominated for Employee of the Year, and we would like to acknowledge them for all they do. Our thanks go to Valrie Watson, Gary Sinkin, Liz Dama, Nicole Martin, Sharon Oloo, Ramon Simmonds, Maureen Blackmore and Nicole Robles.

Congratulations, Tiffany Heath, 2016 Employee of the Year and our very own hero.
